Were looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support our client, combining strong project management skills with hands-on Agile and Scrum experience. A key requirement for this role is previous Salesforce experience .
What youll do Lead and facilitate all key Agile and Scrum ceremonies , including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery stays on track against timelines, scope and objectives.
Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Remove blockers and help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile ways of working .
Track project progress, risks, dependencies and actions.
Support effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Use your Salesforce knowledge and experience to understand the platform, delivery requirements and project context.
Help the team maintain a strong focus on delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement.
