Join Our Team as an M365 Power Platform Specialist! Are you ready to make a difference? At Boots, we’re looking for an M365 Power Platform Specialist to join our End User Services (EUS) team in Nottingham, Beeston.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Technical Manager with governance, standards, and deployment frameworks.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Power Platform within EUS.
  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and licensing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify improvements for best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
  • Support citizen development through guardrails, templates and reusable components.

What You’ll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Hands‑on experience building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven).
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate flows and connectors.
  • Deep technical knowledge of M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into simple, effective digital solutions.
  • Good problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Familiarity with Dataverse and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of API connections, permissions and integration patterns.
  • Experience in a governed enterprise Power Platform environment.
  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform.
  • Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune in complex environments.
  • Retail or Multi‑site organisation exposure.
