Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our Digital systems which launch and maintain our products and promotions online.
- Support the wider Digital team on ad-hoc projects as required.
- Accurately document, track, set up, test and publish promotions or products as per the appropriate timings and standards.
- Test and sign off promotions before they go live, ensuring they function as briefed, are technically correct, and that the commercial aspects are accurate.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain the correct copy, product attributes, and imagery and implement them optimised on site.
- Post-launch optimisation using data to drive key interventions that improve customer engagement and visibility.
- Maintain accurate updates for requesters, trackers, and managers to communicate progress and completion of tasks.
- The role is shift-based and may include weekends, bank holidays, and early mornings to support peak periods.
Qualifications
- Able to build relationships quickly within the Digital Services team and externally with all key teams; a team player who finishes the day together.
- Have an inquisitive mindset, curious about the 'why' behind processes, pragmatic, and take ownership of work.
- Grow knowledge swiftly, be open to development, learn from mistakes and apply training.
- Reach out to peers for support and adhere to documented SOPs.
- Handle conflicting priorities across multiple teams, ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately, and pivot smoothly between activities.
- Challenge colleagues and briefing teams to meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to uphold customer experience and commercial agreements.
- Confident in using Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, and manipulate data to spot errors and uncover actionable insights.
- Optimisation-focused, understand SEO, and be a customer champion (preferred but can be taught).
- Flexible to meet testing and sign-off timings before peak traffic periods, including weekends, bank holidays, and early mornings.
