Role: Assistant Design and Creative Manager – No7
Contract & Location: Fixed‑Term/Secondment – 12‑18 months, Nottingham, Beeston – On‑site
Responsibilities:
- Support the research, conceptual creative, design, and development of No7 retail furniture and in‑store environments.
- Translate brand identity and shopper insights into imaginative, premium retail design solutions.
- Assist in the end‑to‑end creative and design process, including prototyping and in‑store testing.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure successful nationwide rollout planning and delivery.
- Contribute to timeline management, budget tracking, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Assist with design adaptations across multiple store formats while ensuring creative consistency and brand integrity.
- Manage the development and rollout of planograms, artwork, 3D in‑store materials and final execution.
- Support the development and delivery of visual merchandising and shopper marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Background in creative design, retail design, visual merchandising, or shopper marketing.
- Experience in designing and developing retail furniture, fixtures, or 3D environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to share your ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship, with a hands‑on approach to creative delivery.
