Purpose of the role:
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimise the flow of value through the ART.
- Facilitate PI planning and other key Agile events and ceremonies.
- Track and report on ART execution.
- Foster collaboration across teams.
- Provide coaching on Lean‑Agile practices.
- Manage change within SAFe, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to keep them informed of progress and aligned to expectations.
- Manage squads to ensure appropriate resourcing and the required skills to deliver project objectives.
- Manage project budgets to ensure delivery within agreed financial constraints.
- Produce sprint‑level and overall progress reports to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate change management activities, including training and communications, to ensure successful adoption and embedding of change initiatives.
