In this role, you will lead a high‑volume team responsible for processing thousands of court order requests each month. Your role will be pivotal in driving performance through data‑led decision‑making, daily prioritisation, and providing clear leadership. You will manage targets, identify and address underperformance, cascade decisions from senior management, and work with stakeholders to resolve process or system issues, all while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering best‑in‑class service.

Accountabilities:
- Identification of trends and opportunities to improve areas and develop new processes and procedures through the monitoring and analysis of operation data and performance metrics.
- Management of operations for a business area and promotion of efficient processes, risk management and compliance initiatives to support the bank's operations.
