As our Innovation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in evaluating and shaping new products, helping us understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we keep improving the experience for our customers. Based in either Manchester or Milton Keynes, this hybrid role requires office presence 1‑2 days per week. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, customer insight and commercial performance, turning complex data into clear recommendations that influence real business decisions across marketing, product and leadership teams.

- A solid understanding of product and commercial performance, including sales, customer behaviour and campaign outcomes, ideally within FMCG, retail or food and beverage.
- Ability to bring together multiple data sources and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decisions.
- Confident communicator, able to explain complex analysis in a straightforward way, with some exposure to experimentation, A/B testing or test‑and‑learn approaches.
