What You'll Do
As a Middleweight Digital Designer at Sainsbury's Zest, you will play a pivotal role in crafting designs that align with brand identities across a diverse portfolio of brands, including Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, Habitat, Nectar, and Own Brands / New Business. Working collaboratively with a team of Designers and Copywriters, you will implement visual language across integrated channels, encompassing brand, print, and digital projects. Your responsibilities will involve translating briefs into visually compelling designs, executing design concepts across various digital platforms with a focus on dynamic and animated creative output, and aligning visual designs with the overall creative direction of projects. Additionally, you will stay abreast of design trends, mentor and support talented designers, and contribute to maintaining Zest's design vision and quality output.

- Proven experience working as a Digital Designer within a creative, in‑house or agency environment
- Demonstrable experience delivering high‑quality digital design across multiple platforms and channels
- A portfolio showcasing digital work, aligned to brand guidelines and creative direction
- Experience in communication design, layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- Experience translating creative briefs into effective design solutions, from concept through to delivery
- Experience in design work across integrated campaigns, including digital, brand and print where required
