Skills and Competencies

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience gained within an in-house/RPO and agency recruiting environment, with demonstrated ability to attract and place high-quality talent.
  • Proven experience recruiting Sales and Marketing talent; experience within financial services, software, SaaS, data, risk insights, or professional services is advantageous.
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets, owning the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and driving positive hiring outcomes through strategic talent advisory, market insight, proactive problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice recruitment, selection policies, and employment regulations from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex recruitment activity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, proactively identifying and resolving challenges while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Experience working with recruitment KPIs and metrics, leveraging data to advise the business and make informed hiring decisions based on market insight, pipeline activity, and recruitment performance.
