Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President,Product Manager to join our Treasury Services team in the International Payment Product Management Group of our European Bank. This role is located in Manchester or London, U.K.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Product Ownership of international payment products, including product strategy, roadmaps, and quarterly initiatives, for our European Bank branch and European Bank clients.
- Contribute to the platforms strategic objectives and key results through the use of product-specific data, metrics, and goals
- Lead product management, development and strategy for international payment products and solutions for our European Bank and European Bank clients.
- Develop ideas for new products. Ensures that risk, regulations, and market conditions are accounted for throughout the life-cycle of developed products.
- Collaborate across risk, compliance, legal, and governance as needed for product approvals and product governance activities.
- Analyze complex client requirements along with market and industry trends to develop products and solutions that meet clients and industry emerging needs.
- Independently manages the development, enhancement, and profitability of assigned products and performs both operational and marketing analysis to ensure profitability and penetration goals are met.
- Owns end-to-end of delivery on the pods outcomes and ensures execution of the pods roadmap towards objectives by supporting and coaching the pods team to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the backlog and priorities.
- Manages relationship with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. to ensure different requirements are met during the new product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy, and planning processes.
- Employs a client-focused, strategic approach to develop the business case for firm offerings in the marketplace through in-depth and complex analyses on client segments, competitive landscape and industry environment. xgikmsk
