Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Solutions Engineer who can quickly integrate into the team and build on existing work with confidence. You’ll bring a proactive, collaborative approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to contribute from day one—helping to deliver high-quality solutions while working seamlessly with colleagues across the business.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Collaborate with Technical Leads to drive IT projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and manage security measures in collaboration with the security team to safeguard data and systems.
- Generate comprehensive reports and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, while sharing knowledge and training others.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT engineering solutions to meet business requirements.
- Initiate and participate in service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to change control processes.
What You’ll Need
- Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, programming languages, and tools.
- Experience with system architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
