As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of client projects while acting as a trusted partner throughout the implementation journey. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role that combines project management, delivery leadership, business analysis, and stakeholder management. You'll work closely with customers, internal product teams, and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with tangible business value. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and project governance
- Work directly with clients to understand business objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear deliverables and user stories
- Manage project plans, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Quality, and client stakeholders
- Drive project progress, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring delivery remains on track
- Own project reporting, providing clear visibility of status, risks, issues, and key decisions
- Support solution validation, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness
- Ensure successful deployment and transition into business-as-usual operations
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle
Qualifications
