We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Trainer to work with our new Street.co.uk clients in Manchester (Hybrid). Salary up to £45k plus a competitive L&D budget.

What you will do as a Product Trainer
- You will conduct face‑to‑face demos for new Street.co.uk clients, plan and coordinate client visits, and nurture excellent client relationships.
- You will represent Street Group as a professional brand ambassador, collaborate with marketing and technology to evolve training sessions, and help shape future product development.
- Become a product expert on Street.co.uk (sales, lettings management, and lettings accounting).
- Conduct demos and follow‑up calls to new estate agency clients.
- Forecast, plan, and coordinate client visits based on go‑live dates.
- Act as a solution‑led product ambassador for sales.
- Represent Street Group with a professional and passionate personality.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve engaging sessions.
- Identify, scope, and prioritise client issues or feature requests.
- Share your perspectives and ideas to shape Street Group’s mission.
About You – Qualifications & Experience
- Background in lettings accounting, property management, or estate agency – transition into tech.
- Strong interest in technology and quick learner of new products and features.
- Confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated, outgoing personality comfortable in presenting.
- Organised and detail‑oriented – create engaging presentations for new clients.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑starter – take initiative when needed.
- Curious and conscientious; communicate product knowledge inspiringly.
- Route/Journey Planning experience.
- Full UK driving licence – travel to client sites across the country; overnight stays expected.
