We are seeking an exceptional AI and Data Strategy Manager to shape and deliver enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across multiple industry sectors. This role demands a strategic business technologist who can translate AI capabilities into tangible business value while designing the organizational frameworks needed to become an AI-first enterprise.
Your impact:
- Define comprehensive AI and data strategies tailored to client organizations across consumer products, retail, health, energy, and life sciences sectors.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry-specific value chain and identify a portfolio of high impact AI use cases, to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
- Assess organizational AI maturity and create tailored roadmaps for transformation including operating models, organisational structure and capabilities required to deliver the strategy.
- Define high-level business and technology architectures that enable scalable AI deployment.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and design sessions with senior stakeholders to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups around a unified AI vision.
- Present complex AI concepts and recommendations to board-level audiences.
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on strategic value, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML strategy, data strategy, or digital transformation consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level AI strategies for Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following industries: consumer products, retail, healthcare, energy, or life sciences.
- Experience in designing operating models and organizational structures for data and AI functions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, computer vision, and NLP.
- Knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, model risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with excellent facilitation and workshop design capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., cloud platforms, data governance, AI ethics).
- Experience with Big 4 consulting methodologies and framework.
