Skills and Competencies
5+ years of relevant experience in employee listening, data analytics, HR, consulting, or a related field, with the ability to derive meaningful insights that influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation to manage and analyze complex datasets
Strong expertise in building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI or similar tools) to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, identify patterns, and translate findings into compelling, action-oriented narratives
Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across HR, analytics, technology, vendors, and leadership teams
Working knowledge of employee listening methodologies and survey platforms (e.g., Viva Glint, Qualtrics), with familiarity in emerging analytics and AI-powered tools as an added advantage
Education
Bachelors degree or higher
