As a Junior Software Developer, you will develop, enhance and support our products, focused on customer‑centric systems. The Player Account Management (PAM) team is responsible for transaction processing, account lifecycle and financial flows that underpin everything users do. The team primarily builds in Go, chosen for its concurrency model and predictable performance under load, alongside React on the frontend. Our services are cloud‑native and built on open‑source foundations. We are looking for a technically minded Software Developer, with a desire to learn and an interest in functional programming and distributed systems. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside the PAM team and technical experts throughout the Business to continue your development in a hardworking and fast‑paced environment. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Qualifications
- Server side development including services, systems, messaging and middleware.
- Exposure to functional programming, such as Go.
- Exposure to front end programming, such as React.
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and weigh trade‑offs between solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable explaining technical ideas and questioning unclear requirements.
