The Role

You will work on Sainsbury’s products within the General Merchandising team, focusing on end‑to‑end digital experiences for Argos, Habitat and Tu. We process 1.2 billion customer transactions each year, so you will be tackling a scale and complexity that impacts millions of customers across the UK’s largest retailers.

  • Research customer needs through observation and interviews
  • Organise and conduct in‑store and remote research
  • Interact with stakeholders across the group to share insights and ideas
  • Design and test concepts and solutions

  • Proficiency in applying UX fundamentals, including insight gathering, workshop facilitation, information architecture, interface and interaction design, and clear documentation of design artifacts
