As our Events & Partnerships Executive, you’ll be at the heart of bringing those experiences to life. Sitting within the Growth Marketing team and working closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams, you’ll plan, deliver, and optimise a diverse calendar of events and partnership activity that strengthens our brand, deepens relationships, and drives commercial impact. This is a hands-on, creative, and highly collaborative role. You’ll own the details, thrive on delivery, and care deeply about how every event and partnership feels, not just how it looks on a plan. From industry trade shows to Street Group–hosted events and partner-led campaigns, you’ll help create experiences that strengthen our brand, drive commercial results and build meaningful connections across the industry.

A Bit About You

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience delivering events (in-house or agency), with partnerships experience a bonus
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong project management skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders at once
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys working with partners, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Creative, but commercially minded - you think about engagement, outcomes, and ROI
  • Comfortable using marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is ideal)
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

What You’ll be Working On

Event Management

  • Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of Street Group events, from logistics and suppliers through to on-the-day execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver event content, signage, and materials that are consistently on-brand.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams on registrations, attendance, lead capture, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Track event performance, gather feedback, and use insights to continuously improve future events.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring Street Group is a valued and credible collaborator.
  • Coordinate joint marketing activity, including partner-led events, webinars, co-branded content, and social campaigns.
  • Manage partnership agreements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring mutual value and clear outcomes.
  • Identify and support new partnership opportunities aligned to Street Group’s brand, audience, and commercial goals.
