Responsibilities
- Lead a critical product capability with global scope.
- Define and articulate the product vision, mission, and future-state strategy, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled transformation.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to business priorities, client needs, operational efficiency, and control requirements.
- Shape the long-term technology and operating model investments required to support scale, resiliency, automation, and innovation.
- Act as a thought leader in guiding how AI, data, and intelligent automation can be embedded into the product strategy and operating model.
- Lead the product strategy on a global basis, partnering closely with regional leaders and direct teams across locations.
- Own execution plans from strategy through implementation, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones, outcomes, and investment cases.
- Bring strong understanding of reconciliation processes, platforms, and operational workflows, including associated data and control environments.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in product leadership, platform leadership, or transformation leadership within financial services or a similarly complex environment.
- Deep knowledge of reconciliations, control processes, and operational data environments.
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and how they intersect with product and platform design.
- Proven experience leading global teams and influencing across regional and functional boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and translate it into actionable, outcome-driven execution plans.
- Experience guiding investment decisions across technology, data, and operating model transformation.
- Strong familiarity with the vendor landscape, including SmartStream, Duco, and AutoRek.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage deeply on architecture, data, automation, and platform strategy.
- Strong understanding of the application of AI and intelligent automation in future-state product and operating models.
