The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 € per year.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Acting as Resilience and Incident Coordinator, responsible for advising and assisting business and technology leads across EMEA and US in maintaining business continuity plans within the Fusion platform and incidents within ServiceNow.
  • Leading business continuity testing, including notification testing, procedures, logistics, and annual sign‑offs; working with each business function to ensure compliance with auditable regulatory and enterprise‑wide requirements; tracking progress and providing weekly and monthly management information.
  • Managing incidents, guiding Resilience and Business Leads during operational disruptions or tests; gathering operational impacts, providing incident alerts, and sometimes chairing the Pershing EMEA Crisis Management Team meeting; work may include out‑of‑office hours.
  • Leading or assisting post‑incident/test reviews to capture lessons and produce and implement action plans.
  • Assisting or organizing user acceptance testing following changes such as disaster‑recovery exercises, data‑center rotations, software releases, or large‑scale projects; identifying testers, issuing instructions, tracking results; work likely out of hours, including weekends.
  • Acting as subject‑matter expert on business continuity requirements under enterprise policy and standards; advising senior stakeholders on new requirements.
  • Providing business‑continuity updates to clients upon request, as part of due diligence or RFP questionnaires.
  • Representing Pershing EMEA at enterprise‑wide forums, providing updates on preparedness and recent incidents/tests.
  • Providing training related to business continuity to senior stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to collaborate across all business functions.
  • Strong background in technology risk and business continuity.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to train and guide others through business‑continuity requirements.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project work, including implementation of new processes and regulations.
  • Industry‑recognised business‑continuity qualification (e.g., CBCP) desired.
  • Experience working in financial services preferred.
