Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience delivering end‑to‑end CRM or loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced in executing targeted, multi‑channel direct marketing activity.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive customer insights, segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to forecast, track, and deliver against campaign KPIs and commercial targets.
  • Experience working closely with analytics teams to inform targeting and optimisation.
