Job Overview: This is a leadership role in our regional data team in EMEA. The role will lead a high-performing team responsible for acquiring, maintaining and enhancing exclusive proprietary private markets data across the region. The role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, operational and strategic excellence to ensure delivery of market-leading private markets intelligence to clients globally. Success in this role requires the ability to develop a deep understanding of the market within the coverage area, build trusted relationships across the private markets ecosystem and drive participation in proprietary data programmes. The role is accountable for team performance, data quality, coverage expansion and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and hold accountable a high-performing regional team responsible for proprietary private markets data acquisition, market engagement and relationship development across fund managers, investors and industry participants.
  • Set a high-performance bar across data quality, coverage expansion, proprietary data contribution and strategic execution, ensuring the team consistently delivers measurable business impact.
  • Apply sharp commercial judgement and strategic thinking to shape, prioritise and execute data strategy in line with client, product and business priorities.
