About The Role
The UK Legislation Editorial Quality Lead defines and delivers the regional quality strategy for statutory and regulatory content, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, AI-ready, and aligned with our client' online-first transformation. This individual contributor role reports to the Global Head of Legislation and works closely with Editorial Managers, Product, Technology, and global stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in customer experience and support the ongoing development of AI-optimised, quality-focused workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Regional Quality Strategy
Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland quality strategy aligned with global standards and digital-first transformation goals, acting as the regional quality expert.
Establish and Maintain Quality Frameworks
Build and refine quality controls, checklists, and best practices. Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure accuracy and structural consistency.
Monitor Performance & Drive Improvement
Define and report on quality metrics. Analyse audit results, customer feedback, and error trends to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements.
Advance AI-Enabled & Digital Workflows
Partner with Technology and Product teams to develop and adopt AI-supported quality tools. Embed quality checkpoints into online-first publishing processes.
