UK Cyber Business Integration Head in London

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of UK Cyber Business Integration Head.

This is a permanent, full‑time role reporting to the UK CISO and supporting the UK Technology and Business teams.

• In This Role You’ll
• Lead cyber integration & strategy: Lead, develop and grow the UK Cyber integration team acting as the primary cyber integration contact, set cyber priorities aligned to customer and growth strategy, consolidate requirements and feed into annual planning and global cyber initiatives.
• Delivery oversight & transformation enablement: Provide security consultancy and oversight for UK initiatives end‑to‑end, remove delivery roadblocks, align cyber resources to business priorities, and partner with Architecture/Engineering and Delivery teams to embed secure‑by‑design thereby realising transformation benefits (including M&A support).
• Governance, risk & reporting: Maintain oversight of the risk profile, incidents and control effectiveness; represent Cyber in risk forums; track and drive closure of cyber issues (audits/MSIIs); and deliver metrics/MI and risk‑based reporting to governance committees and regulators.

Requirements

• Leadership experience: Demonstrated experience contributing to and delivering security strategy, leading teams and programmes, and applying strong security risk methodologies and engineering practices.
• Governance, frameworks and certifications: Strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST, supported by a relevant degree (or equivalent experience) and one or more professional certifications (e. g., CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC) or progress towards them.
• Senior stakeholder communication and influence: Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and explain security risk and control decisions in practical business terms.
• Willing to travel as needed.
