  • We are seeking experienced banking professionals with strong backgrounds in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution.
  • Ideal Bank Experience
  • Experience working on M&A transactions, including financial modeling, company analysis, due diligence, pitch materials, market research, and deal execution support.
  • Experience at one or more bulge‑bracket investment banks: Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J. P. Morgan, or another leading global investment bank with a strong M&A practice.
