We’re looking for a Media Transformation Manager who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Tesco Retail Media Transformation team, this role plays a critical part in delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives that enable Tesco Media to scale, innovate and continuously improve how we operate.
You’ll lead transformation programmes spanning digital change, operational excellence and performance measurement — turning strategy into action and delivering measurable, sustainable value for the business.
What you’ll be working on
- Delivering transformation initiatives
- Lead the scoping, mobilisation, delivery and benefit realisation of complex transformation programmes.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive long‑term impact.
- Programme and project management
- Own end‑to‑end programme delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation, including briefs, PIDs, programme plans and governance artefacts.
- Stakeholder engagement and leadership
- Act as a trusted bridge between senior leadership and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment and timely decision‑making.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships and remove silos to keep initiatives moving at pace.
- Performance measurement and insight
- Define and track success metrics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Regularly communicate progress, outcomes, risks and blockers to senior stakeholders.
- Risk and change management
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance and continuity of delivery.
- Support teams through change, embedding new ways of working and ensuring sustainable adoption.
