We are seeking a Trade Capture Analyst to join our team, working with different trade capture leads to come up with a unified strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven ability to lead delivery of change at scale, translating strategy into executable plans and driving outcomes across system remediation, control enhancements, and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with experience engaging senior Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology partners to drive alignment, decision-making, and timely execution.
- Experience in Trade Capture or Front-to-Back processing, with a deep understanding of trade lifecycle, data quality, controls, and regulatory implications across complex trading environments.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- AI tools knowledge.
- Banking/Financial Services experience.
This role is based out of our London office.
