We are seeking a Strategic Projects Manager to act as a key partner to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, supporting the definition and execution of EPSs strategic priorities Strategic & Transformation

Location: Paris or London (Hybrid) The role combines strategic planning, financial and business analysis, and hands-on delivery of high-impact initiatives across EPSs core verticals (Banking-as-a-Service / Embedded Finance, and Prepaid/Gift cards).

Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Strategic Projects Manager will drive cross-functional initiatives, business performance steering, and decision-making support, contributing directly to EPSs growth and operational excellence.
