About the Role
As Senior Director, Platform Engineering Data Platform & Agentic Platform, you will lead the engineering organization responsible for delivering and operating shared platform capabilities that enable trusted data services and production-grade AI-driven workflows. Working closely with Platform Product Management, you will help ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and widely adopted across product domains while supporting innovation through high-quality engineering execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering delivery for shared platform services and data capabilities consumed by multiple product domains.
- Translate product-defined platform requirements into scalable technical designs and executable delivery plans.
- Provide capacity forecasts, sequencing options, and delivery risk assessments to support platform roadmap decisions and domain commitments.
- Build and operate ingestion, integration, and modernization capabilities that improve consistency, trust, and reuse of IP data across domains.
- Implement canonical data contracts and APIs as defined through governance, including versioning and backward compatibility mechanisms.
- Implement and operate agent workflow platform capabilities aligned to product-defined standards and interfaces, including traceability and state handling.
