Skills and Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Advanced expertise in benefits programs, regulations, and cross-border considerations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex scenarios independently
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast-paced global environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex topics for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/benefits administration systems
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI); multilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. xgikmsk Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
