Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.

We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our London based Wise Platform team. You are passionate about brand and equally comfortable working across web products as well as marketing and events collateral. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Wise Platform — a squad that helps banks and large enterprises move the world’s money with speed, certainty and ease. You'll also be part of the Wise Design Community and will regularly collaborate with designers across Wise.

You’ll Contribute To The Mission By

  • Building empathy and a deep understanding of the needs of our partners; banks, FinTechs and global enterprises.
  • Using your experience and influence to bring the Wise Platform brand to life through the creation of event experiences and a range of marketing materials that support our marketing and sales teams.
  • Crafting and conceptualising design solutions that deliver simple, beautifully intuitive experiences that delight our customers and drive business outcomes.

Day To Day You’ll Be

  • Supporting in translating our new Platform brand into systemised guidelines and templates that other teams can build from.
  • Leading work crafting designs that tell the story of our Wise Platform solutions in engaging ways across core surfaces such as logged-out web.
  • Collaborating with your team and external partners to apply our new brand to a range of design deliverables from sales deck and social posts to pitch decks and one pagers.
  • Launching new additions of our flagship conference, Wise Connect - partnering with Wise Platform team members to craft a compelling experience for delegates.

This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To

  • Deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of.
  • Own projects from end-to-end across web and marketing (print and digital).
  • Elevate product design quality — defining what good looks like in the squad, then helping deliver it.
  • Be part of a positive change in the world. You’ll help us take everything we know about payments, and package it into one narrative about our global payments infrastructure that helps banks and businesses quickly, safely and easily move their customers' money…Anywhere. And everywhere.

Qualifications

You’re an accomplished designer with a portfolio of well-crafted, impactful design work that demonstrates your ability to work across a broad range of brand touchpoints; from responsive web surfaces to digital marketing materials such as reports, white papers, social media assets, events collateral, sales enablement materials and pitch decks.

You are passionate about brand and know how to translate design concepts into production ready deliverables; collaborating with partners, agencies and engineering teams to bring concepts to life.

You’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that is both accessible and scalable and inspiring for audiences from CEOs to engineers.

You are an exceptional problem solver with an ability to navigate complexity, inspire and collaborate with others.

You are curious about how to use AI to create highly curated brand assets and tools.

You’re a strong collaborator who’s used to working with design colleagues in related disciplines and you’re able to partner well with colleagues from different teams.

Nice To Have But Not Essential

  • You have demonstrable experience working in B2B experiences - finance/banking, SaaS or enterprise companies is a plus, but not essential.
  • Motion skills or an understanding of how to create motion assets.

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
