Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Ownership: Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for the Middle East, aligned to firm‑wide platform and regional growth priorities. Define product vision, scope, and success metrics for MENA custody capabilities, including onboarding, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, and reporting.
- Market & Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary product interface with local market infrastructure and regulators. Translate local regulatory, membership, and technical requirements into clear product and delivery plans. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence and change management.
- Delivery & Execution: Work with cross‑platform engineering and operations teams to translate requirements into prioritized backlogs and delivery milestones. Support quarterly planning with clear capacity, dependency, and risk articulation.
- Stakeholder & Client Focus: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise including Commercial teams to align client demand to capabilities. Incorporate client and market feedback into product enhancements and roadmap evolution. Clearly communicate product status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Product management experience in custody, securities services, or post‑trade domains.
- Direct experience with MENA capital markets, custody models, or market infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of custody operating models, settlement flows, asset servicing, and market connectivity.
- Proven experience working with regulators, or market utilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross‑functional delivery in regulated environments.
