Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analystto join our team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways
- Ensure the stability, resiliency, and availability of critical Digital Assets production platforms by proactively monitoring system health, identifying risks, and driving operational excellence.
- Act as a senior technical partner to Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to improve platform reliability and operational readiness.
- Lead technical coordination during major incidents, helping drive rapid diagnosis, recovery, stakeholder communication, and root cause remediation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, observability, service reliability, operational efficiency, and reduction of manual processes.
- Evaluate production risks associated with application releases, infrastructure changes, and platform enhancements to ensure safe and controlled implementation.
- Analyze recurring incidents and operational trends to identify opportunities for resiliency improvements and long-term risk reduction.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, and platform resiliency initiatives across Digital Assets services.
- Contribute to the development of operational standards, runbooks, monitoring strategies, and best practices that strengthen the overall Production Services discipline.
- Partner with global support teams to provide seamless 24x7 operational coverage for business-critical services and client-facing platforms.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting complex, large-scale production environments within financial services or other highly regulated industries. xgikmsk
- Experience in incident, problem, change, and production support management, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
