We’re looking for a Senior Research Lead who expects more from their career. You’ll be responsible for scoping, managing and delivering innovative market research insight combining both attitudinal and behavioural data for retailers and manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the management of research, including proposal writing, methodology development, questionnaire writing, quantitative data analysis, interpretation of results and delivery.
- Work with and manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and fieldwork agencies to deliver quality projects that meet best practice in a timely way.
- Collaborate with internal client teams, agencies and clients to integrate insight and ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Develop and enhance ways of working within the team to maximise efficiencies and showcase best practice.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and developments within the solution area to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
- Champion the benefits of attitudinal data to wider Dunnhumby stakeholders to make engagement with attitudinal data simple for non‑experts.
- Lead relationships with manufacturers and retailer contacts, collaborating with supporting teams, to deliver revenue targets for Dunnhumby and joined‑up insight and communications for clients.
- Use analytical expertise drawing upon Dunnhumby’s different data sets to deliver integrated attitudinal‑behavioural insight.
