Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritise product initiatives.
- Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and translate them into detailed user stories and epics.
- Own and manage product backlogs across multiple products and squads.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support prioritisation activities.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters to understand team capacity, velocity, and release planning.
- Define acceptance criteria, “Definition of Ready,” and “Definition of Done.”
- Create acceptance tests and support quality assurance activities.
- Monitor product development progress throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned products.
- Support release planning and work closely with engineering teams on Agile and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and creative teams to ensure successful product launches, communications, and training.
- Facilitate customer workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions.
- Maintain and manage Jira and Confluence documentation.

Qualifications

- 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement.
- Experience creating clear and concise requirements documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from customers and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage product backlogs effectively.
