Senior Product Analytics Manager – Scalable Growth Pod at Wise. Leads a team of 5 analysts focusing on optimizing customer acquisition and engagement to bring high‑quality customers at low marketing cost. Reports to the Onboarding and Scalable Growth Squad Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leads to identify opportunities to improve the product, bring them to life, review team plans and progress, and give effective feedback.
- Create and communicate a clear picture of progress against product goals, ensuring clear measurable KPIs, narrating progress, and driving action to accelerate progress.
- Own data strategy for Scalable Growth Analytics: define the roadmap to build the data and tools necessary to scale impact and increase the speed and effectiveness of decision making across the squad.
- Lead, develop and support a high‑performing team of analysts; provide professional development through performance feedback and coaching, hire and plan capacity, and ensure analyst efforts maximize impact.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of analytics experience with at least 1 year leading analysts.
- Experience working with product teams to identify, evaluate, and maximize impact for customers and KPI progress, evaluate the impact of what you shipped, and recommend changes and new initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinker with skills in SQL and Python, data modelling (e.g., Airflow, dbt), and experience using event data (e.g., Mixpanel).
- Hands‑on experience designing and running experiments, including analysing data to derive reliable insights and dealing with limitations such as small sample sizes or short test durations.
- Bias to action: identify what needs to be done and make it happen.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, identifying impactful projects, evaluating, and triaging inbound requests.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – collaborative, influence, and knowing when to say yes or no to maximize impact.
