  • Enable Data: Own necessary data logging and pipelines are built for accurate product tracking.
  • Drive Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization across the product funnel and influence decisions in your team through data.

  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts that can ideally be leveraged through programming language (e.g. Python or R).
  • Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear narratives, business insights with the use of BI tooling (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and actionable product decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Have But Not Essential

  • Familiarity with launching new products or product lines (greenfield initiative).
  • Familiarity with the payment space - understanding customer personas across the globe and how they interact with their everyday banking needs.
  • Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests in a high-volume product environment to drive measurable feature improvements.

Please note we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this level.
