As a Senior Lead Mobile Software Engineerat JPMorganChasewithin the International Consumer Bank, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our native mobile platformacross iOS and Android. This is an architect-level, hands-on leadership role: you'll define the technical direction, contribute directly to production code, and provide day-to-day technical leadership for both the iOS and Android teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end mobile architectureacross iOS and Android, including app modularization, cross-cutting platform capabilities, and long-term scalability.
- Provide technical leadership across both mobile teams (iOS and Android): set standards, drive alignment, and ensure consistent implementation of shared patterns and practices.
- Remain hands-on: build and review core platform components, unblock complex engineering challenges, and contribute to key customer journeys.
- Partner with Product, Design, Backend, Security, Risk, and QA to translate business goals into robust technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Define and enforce a high bar for engineering excellence: code quality, maintainability, security, performance, accessibility, and reliability.
- Establish and improve mobile SDLCpractices: planning, development, peer review, testing, release management, and operational support.
