This Senior Content Designer role focuses on enhancing the quality of content across the Send squad – a team that revolutionises how people transfer money across borders to be as cheap, easy, and fast as possible. You will play a central role in enabling customers to send large amounts of money quickly and confidently. Your work will involve deeply understanding our customers and their needs so that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex cross‑currency transfers clear, engaging, and effortless. You’ll also be part of the Content Guild and regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll grade and improve existing content to align with Wise’s mission of building an open, fair, and human financial system, and you’ll help keep the Send squad’s customer experience consistent and seamless.
