At EY we are seeking a Senior Consultant to work across our Consulting, People and Technology practices. The role focuses on supply chain, operations, net zero, procurement and commercial transformation.

Develop and impart your experience on those you work with to help create the next generation of leaders. Develop your leadership and management ability as you work in cross‑functional teams across our Consulting, People and Technology practices. Build out your technical and sector knowledge by working alongside our clients in project teams. Work with cutting‑edge technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Internet Of Things (IoT) and Blockchain, as well as leading procurement Source to Pay technology.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships and be a trusted advisor in at least one form of supply chain (operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, etc.)
- Lead or contribute a workstream within a project and manage activity to complete deliverables within your remit.
- Actively participate as a core project team member, collaborating with others across EY’s global practice.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, thought leadership and methodology enhancements.
- Support delivery of projects by managing your work products and forecasting time and budget.
- Maintain a personal development program to continually enhance technical and consulting skills.
- Grow people leadership experience by leading client or internal teams.
Required Experience and Technical Skills:
- Supply Chain Strategy: operating model design, segmentation strategy, inventory optimisation.
- Supply Chain Transformation: experience on large‑scale transformation projects, including people, process and technology change.
- Digital Supply Chain: application of automation, AI, IoT, blockchain, Big Data analytics.
- Supply Chain Analytics: detailed analytics to enhance end‑to‑end visibility.
- Supply Chain Planning Functional: demand and supply planning, S&OP, segmentation strategy, inventory optimisation.
- Supply Chain Planning with Technology: knowledge of OMP, Kinaxis, o9, Aera, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, SAP S/4 HANA.
- Logistics: network design, customs, warehouse design, 3PL/4PL, control tower.
- Manufacturing: plant performance optimisation, manufacturing network optimisation.
- Procurement: strategic, operational or transactional procurement, category management, procurement technology, SAP Ariba.
- Service and Asset Management Transformation: asset management lifecycle, budgeting, sourcing, warehousing, inventory, repairs, disposal.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive, energetic, self‑starter, innovative.
- Professional body membership such as CIPS or IACCM is an advantage but not required.
