As our first RFP Enablement Manager, you will own and define the end-to-end RFP function for Wise Platform — from process design to tooling, knowledge management, response quality, and analytics. This high-impact role will act as the connective tissue between Commercial, Presales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Delivery.

Your Mission

  • Define and own the RFP process end-to-end — intake, qualification, coordination, submission, and retrospective.
  • Build and maintain our knowledge repository — a centralised, living content library of approved answers, product capabilities, compliance documentation, case studies, and data points that reduces build-from-scratch effort on every submission.
  • Select and implement RFP tooling — evaluate, procure, and embed the right technology to support our response workflow (e.g. RFP automation platforms, AI-assisted writing tools, content versioning).
  • Drive quality validation — establish a review and sign-off framework to ensure every submission is accurate, on-brand, and strategically positioned.
  • Own RFP analytics and win/loss tracking — build dashboards and reporting on RFP pipeline, win rates, turnaround times, and response quality to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional response teams — orchestrate contributors across Presales, BD, Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Engineering, removing this coordination burden from individual consultants.
  • Develop an RFP qualification framework — define criteria for which RFPs we should and should not respond to, aligned to our GTM strategy.
  • Lead post-RFP retrospectives — capture learnings from wins and losses to feed back into content, process, and strategy.

This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To

  • Define a function from scratch — shaping the process, tooling, and culture of how Wise Platform responds to enterprise opportunities.
  • Work on some of the most strategically important deals in the business, including global banks, fintechs, and enterprise payment platforms.
  • Influence commercial outcomes directly — improving win rates across a pipeline that spans multiple regions and verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Commercial, and Product leadership.
  • Build a knowledge asset that compounds in value over time.
