As the Data for AI program manager, you will be the operational backbone of a product organization, streamlining workflows, automating reporting, and creating transparency across roadmaps, OKRs, and performance metrics. You will partner closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to ensure the product team operates efficiently, communicates effectively, and delivers measurable impact. - Performance Visibility & Metrics Management
- Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking stability metrics, OKR adherence, and product health across the portfolio.
- Partner with data visualization and analytics teams to automate metric collection and reporting across product portfolio.
- Stakeholder Reporting & Communications
- Manage regular reporting cadences across Fusion leadership on key client adoption initiatives.
- Coordinate across the product team and product marketing to produce communications and release notifications; identify opportunities to increase client engagement and outreach.
- Implement continuous feedback mechanisms such as in‑journey CSAT, UX research workshops, yearly surveys, etc. to inform strategy.
- Product and Process Innovation
- Define standards for technical documentation, improving client support (docs/chatbots/etc.) and tracking observability metrics across product portfolio.
- Drive product/process improvements that reduce friction, eliminate redundancy, and scale operational capabilities.
- Partner on driving end‑to‑end solutions that are critical to adoption with other product peers.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years in product/program management/portfolio governance within technology organizations, preferably supporting platform products or developer tools.

- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with product management tools and platforms: Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, OKR frameworks, and product development lifecycles.
- Background in change management, employee engagement, or organizational communications.
- Technical fluency to understand product architectures and engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
