At Vitality, we're transforming the health insurance market through innovation, insight and customer-centric thinking.As Product Marketing Senior Manager for Health, youll shape how Vitalitys Health products and propositions are positioned, taken to market and communicated to customers, advisers and employers. Using customer, market and competitor insight, youll develop data-driven marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that support growth, engagement and retention. Youll work across Product, Distribution and Marketing to create compelling positioning and messaging, bring cross-functional teams together and lead effective campaigns through our Marketing Centres of Excellence.
Key Actions
Develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies that support growth, engagement and retention across VitalityHealth products and propositions
Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans aligned to business objectives, audience needs and commercial priorities
Lead the development of product positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions that clearly differentiate Vitality's offering in the market
Translate complex product features and strategic narratives into compelling customer-focused marketing messaging and communications
Work closely with Product, Technical Marketing, Distribution and wider business teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives
Brief and guide Marketing Centres of Excellence and agency partners to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns and initiatives
Use customer insight, segmentation and market intelligence to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness
