The Opportunity: You'll own and evolve Monument’s savings proposition, shaping how mass affluent clients grow and manage their wealth through simple, compelling and high‑performing products. You'll define product strategy, prioritise delivery and work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk and Commercial teams to build scalable savings products that deliver both client value and commercial impact. Operating in a fast‑moving, regulated environment, you'll balance innovation with discipline, ensuring everything we build meets FCA requirements while continuing to raise the bar on client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the savings product roadmap. Define and deliver priorities aligned to client needs, commercial performance and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver product outcomes. Work cross‑functionally to launch and iterate on savings features, journeys and propositions.
- Drive measurable impact. Improve key metrics including onboarding, engagement, client volumes and balances.
- Use data to inform decisions. Analyse product performance and translate insight into clear actions and prioritisation.
- Collaborate across teams. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory alignment. Deliver products in line with FCA, BCOBs, ISA and consumer duty requirements.
- Optimise client experience. Continuously improve journeys across onboarding, servicing and product engagement.
- Balance speed and control. Deliver innovation while maintaining risk awareness and operational stability.
- Influence product strategy. Contribute to wider proposition development and long‑time product direction.
