About the Role

As a Global Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be part of a flat‐structure organization. Your responsibilities will include building capabilities that can be tailored by market teams to local customer bases while remaining unmistakably a Chase product. Your stakeholder management skills will enable you to get features into production that meet the firm’s uncompromising standards on controls and risk while balancing the priorities of multiple markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the Global Rewards Experience – build a set of capabilities that offer customers in multiple markets a loyalty‐building experience with personalised moments of joy, while allowing markets teams to tailor them to their customer base.
  • Balance the requirements of markets, controls and technology to determine the short‐ and long‐term roadmap for the credit card product.
  • Write requirements and acceptance criteria for the features decided upon, collaborating with markets, design/content, platform and controls to ensure they are desirable, usable, feasible and viable.
  • Pull together the stakeholders required across backend, frontend, markets, controls, design, content etc. to deliver on the roadmap – and be accountable for that end‐to‐end delivery.
  • Be accountable for product performance, identifying weaknesses and prioritising improvements.
  • Manage vendors, ensuring they meet their SLAs while controlling costs.
  • Ensure controls continue to meet firm‐wide standards to manage risk and regulatory obligations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experienced product manager, able to demonstrate how they balanced multiple priorities to define a roadmap.
  • Able to articulate product KPIs, how they monitored performance and how they improved it.
  • Data analysis and modelling expertise, able to translate customer data into customer insights.
  • Track record of delivery against a product roadmap.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and explain decisions clearly, logically, empathetically but firmly.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience within a loyalty or rewards setting, able to demonstrate how rewards partnerships delivered commercial benefits.
  • Experience managing existing and new vendor contracts.
  • Commercial modelling experience to pull together a business case that supports partnership decisions.
