Overview
Camascope is a fast-growing health tech company on a mission to modernize and simplify healthcare delivery through innovative technology. Our platform empowers care providers—pharmacies, care homes, and doctors—by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety, particularly in critical areas such as electronic medication administration (eMAR). At the heart of our work is a commitment to improving lives through intuitive and connected care systems.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve Camascope’s core eMAR product and Enterprise capabilities. This role spans both our core mobile and web applications used daily by care teams, and the enterprise capabilities that support larger customers, such as access control, analytics, and integrations. You’ll define outcomes, set direction, and own delivery across these areas. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to customers, understands how software is used in the real world, and is comfortable taking ownership from problem discovery through to delivery and impact. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and external partners. The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, visiting customers, running workshops or walkthroughs, and turning insight into practical product decisions. While the role includes some more technical and platform-facing work, it is primarily a product role focused on building great mobile and web experiences at scale.
What You’ll Own
- Clear ownership of outcomes across core eMAR and enterprise product areas
- Product direction and roadmap for key mobile and web experiences
- Discovery and problem definition through direct engagement with customers, partners and internal teams
- Delivery of features used daily by care teams, managers, and enterprise customers
- Collaboration with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions
- Input into enterprise capabilities such as permissions, reporting, and integrations
- Regular engagement with customers and partners to understand workflows and pain points
- Running demos, walkthroughs, and product updates for internal and external audiences
- Use of data and feedback to guide prioritisation and iteration
- Clear communication of priorities, progress, and decisions across the business
Tools & Skills
You’ll be comfortable working with:
- Product & delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft tools
- Analytics & insight tools: SQL, Power BI, Tableau (or similar)
- Design & collaboration tools: Figma, FigJam
Experience with AI design tools or “vibe-coding” approaches is a strong plus, particularly for rapid prototyping and exploration. You should be confident working with engineers and designers, understanding trade-offs, and helping shape solutions — even if you’re not deeply technical yourself.
Performance & Impact
You’ll Be Expected To:
- Define clear outcomes and success metrics for your product area
- Own delivery end-to-end, from discovery through to release and iteration
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly in cross-team forums
- Run demos and updates for internal stakeholders
- Proactively set up calls, meetings, and on-site visits with partners and customers
- Use data and feedback to assess impact and guide next steps
- Contribute meaningfully to company OKRs and product strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager (or similar role)
- Experience shipping mobile and/or web products
- Strong communicator, confident presenting to groups and leading discussions
- Proven experience owning outcomes, not just shipping features
- Comfortable working directly with customers and external partners
- Experience delivering real, user-facing products
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making judgement calls
- Data-literate and confident using analytics to guide decisions
- Willing to visit customers or partners when needed
- Access to a car is a plus, as some visits will be in person
- Experience with healthcare, or regulated environments is beneficial but not required. What matters most is ownership mindset, curiosity, and the ability to turn real-world problems into practical product solutions.
Why Join Camascope?
- Be part of a mission-driven company transforming healthcare through thoughtful technology.
- Work in a supportive, growth-focused, and flexible environment.
- Contribute directly to products that impact lives and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a global, passionate team working on real-world healthcare solutions.
