As Product Manager in Returns, you will own key products within the Collections & Returns portfolio, shaping the strategy, roadmap and day‑to‑day delivery of the capabilities that improve customer outcomes while simplifying life for store colleagues. You’ll work at the heart of the returns ecosystem, spanning digital journeys, in‑store tooling, automation, and integrations. Balancing customer needs, commercial performance, and long‑term platform sustainability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning and delivering a clearly defined product vision and roadmap for key Argos Returns journeys
  • Developing deep understanding of customer and colleague needs across in‑store and digital returns
  • Prioritising work based on customer impact, cost‑to‑serve, operational efficiency and risk
  • Driving simplification and automation of complex or manual returns processes
  • Working closely with Engineering, Design, Architecture, and Delivery to ship iteratively
  • Using data, experimentation and agreed KPIs to guide prioritisation and measure outcomes
  • Collaborating with Stores, Operations, Fraud, Customer Services and Commercial teams
  • Working with adjacent product teams to deliver cross‑cutting Returns initiatives
