We're on the lookout for a brilliant Principal Product Designer to join our Global KYC Onboarding squad in London! You'll be part of Wise's global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system.
Your Mission
As our Principal Product Designer for Global KYC Onboarding, you'll set the vision for the platform that makes onboarding into Wise safe, efficient, and scalable across all regions. Think of it as building the "Lego pieces" that regional teams can use to create localized onboarding KYC journeys – turning what currently takes months into weeks, and reducing friction for millions of customers worldwide.

- Be a cross‑functional hero and partner up with the Group Product Manager, Engineering Lead, Analytics Lead, as well as researchers and content designers within your squad.
- Bridge global and local needs by collaborating with design leaders across regional teams (Europe, APAC, Americas) who will use your platform components.
- Transform a complex regulatory space by designing experiences that balance compliance requirements with smooth user experiences.
- Build the foundation for a platform that will save Wise millions in operational costs while reducing friction for legitimate customers.
