We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within our client to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with our client and we remain a trusted partner.
Agencies and Partners are the primary users of our client's media platforms and those of competitors, influencing a disproportionate amount of our client's ad spend and playing a key role in buying decisions. gTech Ads has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services by building a thriving and technically enabled 3P Partner ecosystem. The Upskilling team within this organization will be responsible for educating A&Ps on our media products and services, thus fueling scalable activation and revenue growth through coordinated partner education and product adoption.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working with global agency ecosystems.
Experience working on our Ads products and media services.
Experience working collaboratively and effectively across global teams and different cultural landscapes.
Effective communication, people management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.
