About The Role
This role is key to expanding Gamma’s presence in the enterprise and public sector markets through indirect channels. You will work closely with Systems Integrators, BPOs, managed CX providers, and other strategic partners to deliver Gamma’s solutions to large-scale customers in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment and Growth
- Identify, target and recruit new partners that align with Gamma’s strategic goals and partner profile (e.g. BPO’s, GSI’s, MSP’s and CX specialists).
- Build a sustainable pipeline of prospective partners through outreach activities, networking, events and vendor relationships.
- Develop existing partners with high performance potential.
- Partner Performance and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, multilevel relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations developing trusted advisor relationships.
- Co-create and implement strategic partner plans, including joint business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Pipeline Development & Deal Management
- Collaborate with partners to uncover and develop end-customer opportunities that drive mutual success.
- Ensure all sales opportunities are fully qualified and Gamma’s solutions are well-matched to customer needs.
- Organise and lead partner enablement activities.
